SA1 is a £200million regeneration project that is creating a vibrant new quarter for Swansea. This is being driven forward by the Welsh Assembly Government and has already attracted more than £70million of private sector investment. The 100 acre development at the gateway to the city is based around the Prince of Wales Dock and borders the River Tawe.
