Design & build package of a new factory unit, showroom and offices. Works comprised of a large portal frame-cladded building with a mix of brickwork, insulated cladding profile and a large section of curtain walling. The inside of the building was fitted to a high specification build. Included in the package was a variety of hard and soft landscaping, storage area and parking facilities.

Llandarcy Academy of sport - Llandarcy Cricket club

Construction of new sports changing facilities and conference centre. Works comprised of two traditional buildings with an extensive fit out. Also part of the contract was to construct a spectator stand, new sports field, parking facility and entrance road.
